We have had a busy couple of weeks lately! And one of activities we did was The Color Run. The Color Run was probably one of my favorite things we have done as a family. It had a rough start as it was one of about 4 days EVER that Noah didn't take a nap. There just wasn't time. And it was so cold in Lawrence that day. It was our first and maybe only cold day of the year, of course! We got the little Miss all bundled up and she was definitely nice and toasty in the stroller. Noah, Matty, and I bundled up and then the race started. We made in only two blocks and Noah was super cold so we ducked inside the headquarters, regrouped, and then took off again. And this time we were a success. Noah ran on and off the road for about the first half mile. He was so cute, ducking in and out of runners. Now after about the first half mile, he got tired, so muscle man Matty carried him for about the next two miles. And semi tough me hauled him on my back for the last half mile. Madeline slept the entire time. We had a blast!

We didn't get any pictures of Madeline after! But she was a trooper and while Noah slept after the run, she was full of energy since she slept the whole raced!

Noah is a trouper to even try that long of a run.
Mom and Dad, you did good as well especially carrying him the last miles.
Love the pictures of "Driving Madeline!" I can see in his eyes that he is a tired little boy but kudos to the Clothiers for running!
