Sorry for the blogging break, but we have been on vacation! And it was marvelous. The kids were such troopers. We flew from KC to Minneapolis to Philadelphia on Friday, drove down to the Delaware beach on Saturday and then got up early on Sunday and drove through Maryland, Virginia, and on into North Carolina. We stayed in the super nicest house, with a pool and a hot tub, that was directly on the beach!
And it was so nice to see our family. The cousins were "united" and they had a blast! It rained on Monday, but that wasn't a problem. You should see how this family embraced technology! iPads, iPhones, LeapPads, games of Clue were everywhere!
I'm just covering the first half of the trip today...more to come!

| I was pretty much a nervous wreck about the diving. The pool was awesome and had seats around nearly all the edge...so I was soooo nervous he would hit one. Of course, he didn't and was a pretty good diver! |
