Small returns to days of yore

Slowly but surely we are starting to rejoin the world.  It’s such weird times right now, some people never really left the world and some holed up like we did.  And the overall direction of what we should do/what’s safe/what isn’t is completely up in the air. We all (for the most part) went into our homes two months ago and have re-emerged with nothing really any different.  Each family is left to make decisions for themselves, but since little to nothing is known about Covid-19, it’s really hard to make decisions.  So here’s where the Clothier family is....Matty just this week went over to the head soccer coach’s house for an outdoor soirée.  I am still working from home, through the end of the summer for sure. I have had a haircut in the real world and started taking and teaching yoga again. Noah is going to indoor (super hot) well ventilated soccer practices. And Madeline has done one indoor and two outdoor practices.  We’ve had people over but stayed outside for our festivities.  Every thing that has come up has been a decision point and one that we’ve generally struggled over.
Then to top the pandemic off, some terrible racist  murders by some bad apples of the police force have occurred over the last two weeks. We’ve spent a lot of time talking about it, watching the news, and trying to help.  The murders resulted in some protests and riots, so much so that my yoga class on the plaza was cancelled because of a KC curfew. Well there is no time like the present to try to fix things, so just remember black lives need to matter one million times more than they do.
So while we are starting to renter the world, we’ve also been swimming a lot. I have even got in the water! Here’s pictures of our recent outings!

A bold visitor

True story, they had just got in trouble.
