First Day of Daycare

Noah's first day of day care was Wednesday, April 1st.  His day was great, but for Mom and Dad, the day started out pretty much in a mess.  Matty and I were in a big fight, we don't even know what about.  I think we were both nervous, so fighting with each other was a great diversion.  We took Noah in around 8:15. 

This sums up the mood in the Clothier house!

Ooh, things are starting to look up!

We have a happy boy now, even though he can't

have his pacifier in daycare except for napping.

Here we are at the center.  (Note the new vehicle!)

Here is Noah's first trip inside the infant room. 

He is so excited, he slept.  He seems to do that with

all big milestones so far!  Those are the legs of Colleen

Bloom, the lead teacher in Noah's class.  Matty and I

have decided that "Colleen Bloom" is the second-most 

important name in our house, after "Noah," of course.

How sweet!  Matty and I love his daycare; we feel

completey happy that he is there, just unhappy we aren't

with him.

He had a great day.  His teacher was very proud of him.  She said he did awesomely!  I called around 11:00 and 2:00 to check in, and once she told me how well he was doing, it was like a load off my shoulders. I didn't know that I was stressing about it, but I was. I wanted to hug everyone at work once I heard it was going well.  The rest of his week was great too.  They had school pictures on his second day, so he will be on the walls of the halls soon!
