We had Noah's one year appointment today, and it went really well. Noah is 30 inches tall (54%), 21 pounds (22%), and 18.25 inches for his big head (47%). I talked to the doctor about how Noah holds his breath for an unusually, awfully long, parent-heart-attack creating time. He assured me that it is not abnormal and that he isn't losing any brain cells though he does turn blue and nearly pass out. We are moving to whole milk tomorrow (yea no more formula!) and he takes one bottle right now at night, but we are going to work on eliminating that this weekend (if the moon is right, my mom swears by the timing of the moon - wish me luck googling that!) Noah had been a little low in iron, but just barely, so the doctor isn't worried about that anymore either. Next iron check will be if at his 15 month appointment he is eating well or not. If not, then we will probably have to check his iron again. He got 4 shots - all the normal ones except no Hep A and a second dose of the seasonal flu shot instead. Apparently the first time you get that shot, you are supposed to get it twice. Who knew!?
Sorry for the long wordy post with little pictures, but several family members want the doctor details, so here they are! Just to tide you over... How cute is this boy? (When will I have to stop saying that because Noah is going to know it and act like it!)

LOOVVEE the adorable hat!!! Glad to know he is so healthy & happy. Who's side does he get his big head from? (just kidding he is perfect)
Great report and I can't tell he has a big head. I love the first picture, looks like he's singing "High on a hill, was a lonely goat," ... He is cute!
Love the pictures. The first one looks to me like he is telling you or Matty what he thinks and is different then what you think. So precious and love the hat and little cold cheeks.
Glad his shots went well.
