When Noah got up this morning, he was excited to learn that some time in the night, the Easter bunny had come to visit! He was so excited to check out his Easter basket. He got some chocolate, some Easter eggs, and lots of bubbles! He turned the bubbles stick over and used it as a hockey stick to knock the eggs around. We let him tear into a chocolate bunny, and he liked it, but he had other busy things to do. He eventually emptied out his basket and went to creating his own Easter egg hunt. We have had several hunts this week, so it was funny to see Noah do it himself!
Then we hustled and got ready for an early church visit. After church, Matty had an outdoor soccer game, and we hurried to make it to that! All in all, it has been a great day!
Here is a video of him discovering his basket! He had just woken up! PS Matty shot this video, and I have already talked to him about ways to improve it going forward. We started with "Make sure you keep all of Noah's head in the picture." Now, I did give Matty his list of pointers very nicely. I said it all with love and affection.

Ah that was so sweet. I heard Matty yawn so maybe he had sleep in his eyes and couldn't see exactly what he was filming. Happy Easter, Noah, Emily, and Matty!
How cute was that. He liked the bubble stick the best. How funny that he hid his own eggs. Yes, we lost the head now and then but it was a great video watching Noah.
Hope you had a Happy Easter and it sounds as if you did.
I love how you tell us about your "talk" with Matty! I can hear you in my head telling him how to do better!!! For some reason this makes me really, really, really miss you!! :)
