I read this neat thing on Pinterest about interviewing your child on their birthday with the same set of questions over the years to see how their answers change. It recommended to start at age three, so we got started. I forgot to do this on Noah's actual birthday, so this is about two days after. (Please excuse the mess in the house! We were taking down the Christmas tree!) Anyway, it's a very long video, but I love it. You really get to see Noah and his personality in it.
As you can tell, he really really really likes Toy Story! Here are a couple of clarifying things:
His favorite toys are his "characters". He has lots of Toy Story characters as well as some hero action figures and he loves to make them flip and knock each other over. Those are definitely his favorites. Some of the answers were things that he had recently done - like watching "The Sound of Music" and playing Memory. You also get a little singing! If you listen carefully, you can try to make out the words he says when he sings. I love it - "destiny" is "guess tee nee", according to Noah. And"cause" is "cousins", that's my favorite word change. His real favorite book lately has been "The Grinch Who Stole Christmas". Thank goodness, Dr. Seuss was a great writer because I have read that book over 1000 times! Note the bossiness when he tells me, "We already did that." Not sure where he gets that!
Anyway, enjoy!

Love this idea. I might need to "borrow" it for Miss B's 4th birthday!
