We spent our Sunday opening the pool in the backyard. Over the past few years, you all have missed my love.hate relationship with the pool. This year, being quarantined at home and city pools closed, is a year I’m gonna love it. Also the opening of it went super smoothly, at least getting the cover off. It’s an oddly shaped pool so that makes it tricky and quite a feat to not fall in! We did a bit of planting too. If all goes well, there will be lots of hostas on the “grounds”.
