So I went back to work this week, as you all know! I went on Tuesday, and I was excited. It felt like the first day of school all over again. I got back to work and they had treat day, everyone was really nice. BUT (and mind you, I am happily employeed), but it was the same old place! And so on Wednesday (day 2 for me), I did have a little breakdown, okay maybe a big breakdown! At around 11:30, someone came up and was telling me that it was nice to have me back, and I have to say, "I'm going to leave now, I'm going to go and cry!" Once Noah goes to daycare, he will only be 20 minutes away from me, so if I have any more Noah emergencies, Matty said it's okay for me to drive home (20 minute commute is probably 22 mile drive so the mileage could add up!) Anyway, I feel like I'm getting back into the swing of things, and I love my job, so it will be fine, just an adjustment period! Noah, on the other hand, is loving his time with his grandma. And Mom did a great job sending Matty and me pictures and videos of Noah, so I didn't feel so lost without him. Here are some "first day of school for Mama" pics!

Emily you look stunning in your first day back to school/work.
I know it was hard to leave him but I'm sure you missed him a lot more than he missed you as he had his Grandma Deeann with him and he probably smelled you in her.
It will get a bit easier, but you have such good people taking care of him that your mind will be at ease.
I've missed your blog's but know you don't have as much time now.
