Things are moving right along! Last night was mostly good. Noah woke up only once at 1:30. Now that was a bit of a chore. Matty has always been better in the night than I am, so I took the first shift, but it didn't go that well. After thirty minutes, Matty took over, and he got Noah happy in no time flat. Now while Matty is good in the night, he also doesn't do it quite like I think he should (poor Matty!) I could hear Matty talking in normal tones and the two of them playing. Now, as I critique, he was and always has been way more successful than I am with our munchkin. And within thirty minutes, both boys were asleep in Noah's room. After that little hiccup, Noah slept the rest of the night.
Nap time today was a piece of cake! Noah slept from 12:25 to 1:45, sans pacifier. And going to bed tonight was also easy. Noah got his Woody doll tonight, and he thought it was the most awesome thing (after a quite blase initial reaction). Again, the most difficult part was getting him to go to the bed. Once in, I did some patting, and I barely got to 100 before he was asleep - not before we hung Woody's hat on the side of the bed!
